1. Reproducing is Biblical.
2 Timothy 2:2 (ESV) and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.
2. Reproducing is normal
The healthy and mature naturally reproduce. We are born to reproduce.
3. Reproducing is good stewardship.

4. Reproducing leads to exponential ministry expansion.
Others are invited to participate in God's thing as new leaders join the movement.
5. Reproducing campuses increases impact
Taking ministry to the needs of the people, rather than waiting for them to come to us.
6. Reproducing campuses inspires a missionary mindset.
People see their world impact, beyond just the local benefits.
7. Reproducing health leads to a healthy organization.
It takes healthy leaders to reproduce healthygroups, services, and campuses. Self-care is essential for reproducing consistently over time.
Leadership Questions:

Strategic Process
Connect people:
to God through Worship Services
to others through rich community
to service through ministry teams
to the lost through relational evangelism. We invest time and resources in others, then invite them to "come and see", what Jesus is all about.
