Stan and Robin have served in ministry for over 40 years. They have five grown children and are now empty nesters. Pastor Stan has a broad experience leading change in churches of every size, from a church he planted to serving in larger churches as a Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor and most recently as a Virtual Executive Pastor, meeting with the staff every week, setting goals with a consistent cadence of accountability. Coaching is all about helping people set goals they long to achieve, while seeing results over time through affirming accountability. The Lubecks are currently living in Incline Village, NV and staying connected with clients all over the world through Zoom conference calls.
I don’t believe that anyone has had a bigger impact on my spiritual life than Stan Lubeck. He discipled me during my high school and college years, helping me form habits that continue to this day. He has been a godly and faithful example to me for 35 years!
